Processing & Shipping Times
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours (Monday–Friday).
- Large exterior parts (e.g., lips, spoilers, side skirts) require up to 72 hours for processing before shipping.
- Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
- Orders typically arrive within 3–10 business days, depending on the destination and shipping method.
- Special order or back-ordered parts will be contacted with an estimated arrival time.
Shipping Costs, Oversized Items & In-Store Pickup
- We do not offer free shipping. Shipping costs vary based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
- Oversized and heavy items (e.g., bumpers, hoods, seats, catbacks, brake kits with 4 rotors, rim/tire packages) require additional shipping fees. Contact us at autosports57@gmail.com for a shipping quote.
- In-store pickup is available. Please bring a valid ID matching your order information to pick up your items.
Oversized Products & Repackaging
- Oversized items may have a shipping surcharge. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies as oversized, please contact us before placing your order.
- If you are ordering multiple items, please email or chat with us to check if repackaging them can help reduce shipping costs. We are happy to assist in finding the most cost-effective shipping option.
Signature Requirement & Delivery
- Some shipping methods may require a signature upon delivery. Please check your tracking information and ensure someone is available to receive the package if needed.
- If you need expedited shipping, please contact us before placing your order.
Special Orders
- All non-stock special order items are non-refundable.
- If the item is defective, it will be replaced by the manufacturer.
- If you need assistance with a warranty claim, please contact us—we are happy to help.
Damaged Shipments & Claims
If your order arrives damaged:
- Report the damage immediately to the courier.
- Contact us within 48 hours with your order details and photos of the damaged item(s).
- Keep the product in its original packaging for inspection.
- We will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier and work with you on a resolution (replacement or store credit).
Note: If damage is not reported within 48 hours, we may not be able to process a claim.
International Shipping
- International shipping is available on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for a quote before ordering.
- US customers will be considered the importer of record and are responsible for any customs duties and taxes.
Duties & Taxes
- Canada: Standard provincial and federal taxes apply. No duties for orders shipped within Canada.
- United States & International: Duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not cover these costs.
